Blake Kennedy has been an auctioneer since 1997

He is a contract auctioneer who has called over 1000 sales including antique, estate and many charity auctions. Kennedy Brothers Auctions has auctions twice a month at the auction house in St. Petersburg.  He received his license from the Florida Auctioneer Academy in Orlando, Florida and is a member of the Florida and National Auctioneer Associations. He is on the board of the Florida Auctioneer Association.
Showing his accomplished skills as an auctioneer, Blake has received many awards at the Florida auctioneers bid calling championships.  He has also been a guest speaker on Martha Stewart Living Radio about the auction business.

Blake is a Certified Estate Specialist, (CES), Master of Personal Property Appraiser, (MPPA) and is an expert witness in the courts of Pinellas County.  Blake and Brett are both real estate agents. They can liquidate, buy, sell, ship, store and move one item or the complete estate for you. They will guide you every step of the way to make the estate closing easy. Kennedy Brothers Auctions and Appraisers are affiliated with Patty and Friends Antique Mall. Patty and Friends is the oldest antique mall in the state of Florida.
